DROP-OFF Guidelines
Can’t wait for an appointment? Here is another option:
If you have an account with us and have opted to donate your unsold items, you may drop off consignment items without an appointment. Here’s how it works:
- We go through your items at our convenience. It could be a day or a week depending on our workload.
- We immediately donate anything we can not take. Items we don’t take include:
- Fast-fashion brands
- Out of season items
- Items with defects- holes, stains, missing buttons, too worn out, etc.
- Worn or dirty shoes.
- Non-clothing/accessory items. We do not take household goods or sports equipment
- Items with smell or pet hair
- Multiples of the same item – Example: we cannot take 10 pairs of pants in the same size, style and brand at once.
- Any items that we have stated we are not accepting at this time. This will be on the home page under Currently reviewing
- Chosen items are tagged and put out as we have space. They may not go out all at the same time. They will, however, each get a 90-day consignment period.
- We don’t provide a drop list of items kept. Due to the sheer volume of items we receive, we focus our time on getting your items to the floor as quickly as possible. If you prefer to keep track of items left then we suggest staying with a scheduled appointment.
